At ArBa Development, we approach every project with the same care and attention we would give to our own home. We understand that a house is more than a structure—it’s the place where families grow and build lasting memories. Our goal is to create thoughtfully designed, high-quality custom homes that reflect that purpose.

ArBa was founded by Hossein Bayat, whose career began with a bachelor’s degree in economics followed by a master’s degree in medical sciences. In 2007, he earned his Ph.D. in pathology from Boston University School of Medicine. After a successful decade in healthcare, Hossein turned to his long-standing passion for real estate, beginning with development projects in East Boston in 2017. These early projects included single-family homes as well as two- and three-family buildings.

In 2019, Hossein transitioned fully into real estate, obtaining his Massachusetts real estate license and expanding his portfolio across eastern Massachusetts. ArBa Development was officially established in 2020 to unite and grow all projects under one dedicated brand.
